Default r-spike with a twist: concept build

the spike uses the two rangers+OoP, the PP+shatter from one mesmer, and the energy burn from the other. the DW spike and the energy burn can be cycled, which means that the spike can work every 10 seconds, roughly. the DW and r-spike combine to average just around 480ish in damage. add in the energy burn, the total spike damage is around 560 average, which makes this spike lethal enough to kill consistently.

the inspiration for the DW blackout mes can from JR-, after he decides to kindly remind me of another use for AoD. however, that mesmer will have some serious energy issues, so i might decide to drop it for another DW spiker.

as OoP and OoV dont stack now- there really isnt much point in using the elite up on your n/mo, i reccomend bip and a nice replacement. Shadow strike is unnessesary as it is very difficult to co-ordinate when calling but principally because it means the necro will be very far forwards.

Consider taking off the direct damge on the necro (siphon especially has no place in a spike build) and making him an entirely support character, with skills like the aforementioned blood is power, a res sig and possibly something like ATB and/or blood renewal. this would allow him to stay at the back and have a less dangerous support role.

your build has no speed buffs whatsoever on 7 of the 8 characters. as it relies on all the spikers spiking this makes is very easy to split against as it will take a fair while to respond to enemy movement.

while cripshot can help snare runners, apply poison is, like life siphon, watsed in a spike build. i suggest swapping attribs around a little bit and going r/w for charge! in its place, you lose cripshot but this could be made up for with the possibility of a water runnner, and in any case more speed for you is more important than less speed for them.
